​Overview
This program blends physical activity with creative expression. Students enjoy two different sports in our A/C indoor gym each class to build teamwork and fitness, followed by engaging ukulele lessons that encourage rhythm, focus, and musical confidence. Every session also includes a fun read-aloud to inspire imagination and connect learning across activities.

Sports may include: Indoor Hockey, Basketball, Capoeira, Dance, Capture the Flag, Volleyball, Obstacle courses, Jump rope, Strength training and conditioning
​
Ukulele activities may include: learning rhythm and how to strum, chord practice, ear-training activities, learning to play along with a song.
